I don't know about anyone else but I LOVE living Christmas decorations, the smell of a real pine tree, the red blush of poinsettia leaves - to me these are some of the joys of Christmas. Now for the past few years I've been doing something special with my poinsettias - I thought I'd share.
I buy some nice small poinsettias a few weeks before Christmas - the kind which are small enough to serve as table decorations.
Then I take these outside onto the grass and spray them with Medieval Gold Glitz Spritz. Make sure you have some fine misting and some 'droplets' and let the mist dry.
When all the liquid has evaporated you are left with beautiful gold sparkles on the red leaves of your poinsettia, add a little Christmas paper and a bow to hide the pot and you have a simple, living Christmas table decoration - with sparkles!
Back with more soon,
Kate
